Distributing Generousity

When all the toys were unboxed, they covered our conference table.  A few minutes later, our case managers had sorted them out and made plans to deliver them to the New American families they work with.  If we’re lucky, we may get some photos to post showing their true purpose: lighting up the faces of children who haven’t had many toys in their lives as refugees and New Americans.

All of these riches were donated to BCNH by the New Hampshire Chapter of the Association of Women in Construction, who gathered them and handed them over to Granite United Way, which in turn delivered them to BCNH.  It’s an interesting supply chain with a very happy ending.

Thank you, Women in Construction!  Thank you, Granite United Way!
