  • David Kirkpatrick

    CHAIR

    Dave Kirkpatrick started his career as a reporter at the Montana Standard after earning a BA in Journalism at the University of Montana in Missoula and worked for many years as a writer and editor. In 2013, he earned credentials as teacher of English to speakers of other languages and worked at Concord High School and NH Technical Institute with New Americans, including three people who would become case managers at BCNH and a fourth who would become a member of the Board.

    Dave has mostly recently served as a kitchen manager at the Friendly Kitchen in Concord and has volunteered at Upreach Therapeutic Equestrian Center and the Concord Coalition to End Homelessness.

    He was elected to the Board in December 2022 and elected to serve as Board chair in May 2025. Dave lives in Concord with his wife and daughter. He is a graduate of the NH Center for Nonprofits’ 2024 Hoffman-Haas Fellowship Program.

  • Bianca Gentil, Ph.D.

    VICE CHAIR

    Bianca L. Gentil is an anthropologist and policy expert deeply committed to fostering community resilience, empowerment, and data-based policy solutions.

    Growing up between Brazil, Peru, and the United States, Bianca developed a unique global perspective and a passion for bridging cultural divides. Her experiences navigating several distinct cultural landscapes inspired her career, which centers on connecting communities to resources and opportunities that enable safe, prosperous, and connected lives. 

    She lives in Manchester and was elected to the Board in November 2024.  She was elected vice chair of the Board in May 2025.

  • Lindsay Allsop

    BOARD TREASURER

    Lindsay Allsop brings to BCNH expertise in measuring the impact of social service programs.  As the Data and Organizational Performance Manager at the New Hampshire Children’s Trust, Lindsay manages a statewide database and supports Family Resource Center staff across New Hampshire.

    Prior to joining NHCT, Lindsay coordinated communications and marketing initiatives at the UNH Institute on Disability and worked in marketing and product development departments at Wayfair in Boston and Sydney, Australia.

    Lindsay grew up in Concord, where she now lives with her husband. She graduated from Bates College and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Paul College of Business and Economics at UNH.  She was elected to the BCNH Board in October 2023 and to the office of treasurer in July 2025.

  • Safinaz Ahmed

    Safinaz Ahmed has built a career helping to reduce hunger around the world. Born and raised in Sudan, Safinaz is currently a free-lance consultant living in Manchester with her husband. 

    Safinaz earned her first degree, a BSc in Food Engineering Technology, from the University of Gezira, Sudan, and a Master of Food Biotechnology form the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland.  She completed extensive research on the nutrition status of school children in Sudan while at Manchester (England) Metropolitan University.

    Safinaz worked for three years with Save the Children in Iraq; eight years with the World Bank Group in Washington, DC; four years with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in Cairo; and four years with the World Food Programme in Zimbabwe and Cameroon. Her work has included time in Yemen, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Egypt, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Sierra Leone, Mozambique, South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Cameroon.

    Safinaz was elected to a three-year term on the BCNH Board of Directors in September 2025.

  • Mohammad Anis Arifi

    Mohammad Anis Arifi left Kabul, Afghanistan, in 2021 to finish his Ph.D. in geology in India.  Anis had earned his master’s degree in geology and mining from the University of Kabul Polytechnic in 2017 and then worked as head of technical analysis for the housing department within the Afghan Ministry of Urban Development and Land.  

    He moved his family to Concord in 2022  and almost immediately started working as a groundwater geologist for GZA, an international geoengineering firm with an office in Meredith.  Anis was elected to the Board in December 2024.

  • Andrew Cadorette

    Andrew has more than 32 years of experience helping people purchase homes.  He is currently the senior homeownership manager for marketing and outreach at the New Hampshire Housing Finance Agency.   He holds an M.S. in community economic development from Southern New Hampshire University and a BA in economics from Keene State College.

    Andrew and his wife Reta live in Goffstown.  He serves on the Goffstown River Advisory Committee, the Goffstown Village Bridge Ad Hoc Committee, and the Piscataquog River Local Advisory Community.  He was elected to the BCNH board in July 2025.

  • Jenna Coladarci

    Jenna YiHoJin Coladarci immigrated to the United States from Seoul, South Korea at the age of eight. Her experience adapting to life in a new country shaped her awareness of the challenges faced by immigrant communities navigating unfamiliar systems and daily life.

    She became a U.S. citizen while attending college, where she earned a degree in International Relations and Political Science. Jenna spent 20 years at Dow Jones, most recently as Vice President of Programming. She led a global team that partnered with The Wall Street Journal newsroom to develop content for events around the world spanning a broad range of issues, including business, technology, leadership, and geopolitics.

    She is committed to supporting organizations like BCNH that help newcomers navigate systems, build stability, and create connected lives in New Hampshire. She lives in Concord with her husband and son. She was elected to the Board in June 2026.

  • Komba Lamina

    Komba Lamina came to the United States as a refugee from Sierra Leone and now brings his expertise in organizational development to BCNH.

    He has served as development director for the Boy Scouts of America - Metro Boston, and as a program coordinator in economic development for the City of Nashua. This spring he will receive a Master of Public Administration degree from UMass Lowell.

    Komba volunteers with Prison Ministry in Massachusetts, leading monthly Bible studies for incarcerated individuals. Komba lives with his family in Nashua. He was elected to the Board in March 2025.

  • Olena Neruk

    Lena Neruk earned her first law degree at Odessa State University in Ukraine in 2000, and she practiced law in the Odessa region for the next 16 years. 

    After immigrating to the United States in 2016, she earned a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Boston University in 2017 and an LLM degree from Suffolk University School of Law in Boston in 2021.  She is currently a paralegal at Bernstein, Shur, Sawyer & Nelson, P.A. in Manchester. 

    Lena started her volunteer work in Odessa in 1998 in support of UNICEF.  In 2022, she was a cofounder of Dobro New England, a nonprofit organization that sends humanitarian aid back to Ukraine. 

    Lena lives in Londonderry with her husband.  She speaks Ukrainian, Russian, and English.  She was elected to the Board in August 2024.

  • Robert Richard-Snipes

    Rob Richard-Snipes works at Greater Nashua Mental Health as a group facilitator focused on substance use disorders, and as a certified community behavioral health clinic project evaluator. 

    Originally from Virginia, Rob earned a BA in Political Science and a BA in Women’s Studies from the University of New Hampshire, as well as a master’s degree in Community Development Policy and Practice at the UNH Carsey School of Public Policy, and an addiction certificate from the UNH College of Professional studies.

    He is a board member and treasurer of Black Lives Matter NH.  Rob lives in Manchester.  He was elected to the BCNH board in May 2025.

  • Dee Subedi

    Dee Subedi has over a decade of experience in technology and team leadership. As a senior business analyst at Fidelity Investments in Merrimack, she specializes in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable direction for engineers and architects.

    She earned a B.S. in computer information technology from Southern New Hampshire University.  

    Fluent in Nepali, Hindi, German, and English, Dee came to the United States as an immigrant in 2016.  She lives in Manchester with her husband and young son. Dee was elected to the board in July 2025.
