Nazarova and Sen. Shaheen

Kateryna Nazarova, one of BCNH’s Ukrainian case managers, joined U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen and philanthropist Alex Ray on a panel to discuss the challenges the war in Ukraine poses at home. Sen. Shaheen stressed the need to continue to support Ukraine’s military struggle. Alex Ray invited people to contrinbute to NH4Ukraine.org, an organization helping orphaned children in Ukraine and Poland. Kateryna talked about the hundreds of Ukrainians who have temporarily resettled in New Hampshire and the work that BCNH performs to help them find jobs, homes, and connection. The NH World Affairs Council hosted the event at Southern New Hampshire University on October 6.
