Ishwori Bhatta

Ishwori was born in Gorkha, Nepal. He emigrated to the United States in 2003 with his wife and two children, settling in Nashua. The family moved to Concord in 2008. Iswhori is a social worker with NFI North in Concord.

As a Nepali immigrant, Ishwori became active with the Nepali-speaking Bhutanese community as a volunteer and friend. He is also a Lions Club member and the founder and chief editor of the International Nepali Literary Society of New Hampshire. In 2020, he won Volunteer New Hampshire’s “Spirit of New Hampshire, People’s Choice Award.” Ishwori joined the board in May 2021.
