Amar Poudel is a case manager and research community health worker at Building Community in New Hampshire. He has years of experience as a case manager, community worker, teacher, and computer hardware and networking technician. He worked as a mental health peer specialist in 2017 and 2018 in collaboration with the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester. He has completed a Bachelor of Science and Technology from Tribhuwan University in Nepal and is pursuing a degree in Information Technology and Networking from New Hampshire Technical Institute.
Mr. Poudel manages the elderly caseloads at BCNH in addition to working with a research project about the efficacy of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-ED) among the community members in the local Bhutanese Community in collaboration with the University of New Hampshire.
